Hello, Team! Can you believe we're already in March? Time goes fast when you're having fun, out sick, and getting older a.k.a. our experiences these past few months. We won't have our team meeting this week as it's been moved to next week. With that in mind, let's review a few things to make sure we're all on the same page together.

March Schedule

Thanks to Kolina for getting our March schedule together. Please note the days the doctors will be out. If you would like to get a few hours in, you are welcome to come in and help with various projects. We do have a list of things to do and we would LOVE to have your help.

Route Slips

ree

Reminder to our HCD team that we are using route slips to help prevent and reduce errors in our clinical charts and on the ledger. These will be made available to you during the morning huddle. If they are not there, they will be in the inboxes located by Toni at the front desk.

Every patient needs a route slip before they're brought back and when they are brought to the front desk for check-out. Please know the front desk will ask for the route slip at check-out if you don't have it. Thank you for working as a team to help get all of us on the same page!

Opalescence Whitening

This is great information from Ultradent regarding their products that are available for whitening. This gives you insight on which each whitening product's pros and cons in order to help you work with your patient to figure what's the best option for them.

Vitamin-C Information

After our meeting a while back regarding Vitamin-C tests, we realized this information was not easily available to everyone. I've included the forms we discussed that day. Please feel free to ask questions regarding the Vitamin-C tests and/or we can go review the details at our next team meeting.

Let's Celebrate Green Day

Since we won't be open on the greenest day of the year, here is your moment of history to help you better appreciate St. Patrick's Day on March 17, 2023. Don't forget your corned beef, potatoes, cabbage and carrots and avoid getting pinched with a little green power!

Send me your favorite green emoji once you've read this!
