Let's start the month with getting you the agenda for the team meeting before we meet. This is a new goal for me and I know it'll help you all prepare your mind before we meet instead of being inundated with new information/questions and expecting deep/well-thought-out answers. EVG will continue to join us via Zoom and we're glad that we can have them even if it's remote!

Beyond Van Gogh Experience on 8/10/2022
All the tickets for the event tomorrow will be at the front desk with your name on it. Right now we have 33 tickets total for the night. We have 21 people from our team going including the doctors' spouses. I've also had a few people already talk to me about bringing a plus one. So... I have 7 extra tickets right now. Please talk to me ASAP for me to save one for you.

Scrubs
As you're aware, we have a limited amount of space for our scrubs in the breakroom. I'm open to ideas, so please let me know what you think. Until then, we definitely need to be aware of how we treat the scrubs. Remove hangars that do not have scrub tops or bottoms on them. If scrubs fall on the floor as you're selecting yours, please pick it up immediately. A few reasons this may be happening (and you may know of even more reasons): 1) running late and just need to pick scrubs out quickly, 2) didn't even know you dropped something, or 3) pressure to choose and move due to the amount of people waiting behind you. There are lots of reasons, so let's be aware of what we're doing and let's also offer grace to our team as we do our best to protect HCD's assets that protect our personal assets.

New Providers
As you know, Dr. Hunter Paul is currently practicing at Evergreen as the main provider. We're super excited to have him and his family here with us to help EVG grow and flourish in Palmer! He is mentoring with DCH and DKM when he's here on Tuesday and isn't here to do exams unless the doctors request him to stand in for them. Starting soon with be Dr. Amanda Waddle at Health Centered Dentistry only. She will work Tuesday-Friday and have one assistant until we have the growth opportunity to have two assistants. We will discuss operatories at this upcoming meeting. Please let me know if you have any questions - preferably beforehand so I can collect any necessary information you may need.
Need I say more? This note was stuck to an XCP in a sterile bag and I absolutely loved the message. Indeed, no XCP left behind! Thank you for rescuing it and for keeping an eye out for those that have fallen off the bandwagon.
