So... it's been a while since we had headlines for HCD. Get ready because here comes a lot of good stuff coming your way!

January Schedule

We have included Evergreen information on our schedule. This will help give the team an idea where our doctors are should you need to reach them.

2021 Vacation Calendar

Thank you to our providers for giving me your information for leave in 2021. For our team, please note when your doctor is out and do your best to plan your vacation time during those times. This will help prevent finding coverage. You will see 1/2 days starting in May/June for both doctors. These dates may or may not happen depending on the needs of Evergreen. Please also note this schedule can and will change... as is our usual MO. :)

Clinic Equipment Maintenance

Thanks again to Heather for putting together the information on maintaining our clinical equipment and lines. This is the directions she has put together for us. I will have the calendars printed for the labs and the ops by tomorrow.

2021 HCD Forecast

Our HCD Forecast is available for review on the N:/ drive, a.k.a. the shared drive. The goals are built around what we did in 2019 and 2020. As we discussed, we want to move our production and collections back (or past) our 2019 numbers. We know this is attainable as we schedule according to our goals and do our best to work smarter - not harder. We will discuss this more detail at our team meeting.

HCD Logo

We are looking at refreshing our logo and would like your input. With that said, we're not looking to criticize what we have, but to look at what the new trends are in logos. Please send me any logos that you like and tell me what makes it so wonderful to you. This will help us in our refresh of the HCD logo.

New Team Members

We want our team to be a HUGE part of the hiring process. This includes recruitment, interviewing, and training. We are looking for new team members for the front desk (hygiene coordinator) and for the clinical team (dental assistant). Since we're not in a rush to hire anyone right away, we can take our time to ensure the candidate we hire is the best fit for our culture. Training in any position can happen for the person that fits our clinic's culture and personality. Please feel free to share my information with anyone you think would be a good addition to our team. Your input in these matters ensures our clinic continues a place where you want to stay until you're old and gray and can only get around with a walker.
