Our team meeting is this Thursday and we all have a little part that we must prepare for. I've reached out to everyone to participate in presenting one of our team agreements to the rest of the team. This is our opportunity to help Tiphanni and Mikhayla learn more about our agreements, why we have them, and why we continue to use them. Please be prepared to present 1-2 minutes on the agreement assigned to you. I greatly appreciate everyone's help in sharing our experiences and knowledge to help uplift one another.

OCTOBER SCHEDULE
Reminder for everyone about our new hours starting next week! Please keep your eye on the Dentrix schedule as the schedule can change daily. The schedule sent out next week is still in effect. Thank you all for helping us get back to our regularly scheduled business hours!
BLOOD PRESSURE
A reminder for our clinical staff... please remember to take the blood pressure for every person that sits in your chair. This vital sign is a requirement for clinical notes. As our previous team agreement, we will always put the BP in HH note within the HH module. This information can be copied into the clinical note, as well.
We have ordered another BP cuff for the room(s) that was missing it. I'm not sure how these items can go missing. Maybe we borrow them in a pinch and maybe a patient is borrowing them for fun... I'm not sure. Let's make sure we label the cuffs for the ops in which the belong! Thanks!!
TRI-OLOGY & COVID
This is some pretty exciting news from Tri-Ology: "NOWsystem, Inc. received promising test results from Microbac Laboratories, Inc. that its TRIOLOGY® Restoring Rinse inactivated 99.92% of SARS-CoV-2 during testing. Results from the lab indicate that 'no virus was detected' in samples treated with the rinse." You can read more about this HERE. This product is still available for our patients and can be found in the sterilization lab.
