Thought for the day: Never take criticism from people you wouldn't turn to for wisdom.
Team Photos

The time has come to show the world you work with one of the best dental teams on the planet! Team photos are this Thursday starting at 7:30AM. Please remember to wear the following: BLACK. This means black pants, black shirt and/or black jacket. Color of shoes and jewelry is optional. Please find your best scrub top, too, as we will take photos with and without the tops and choose our favorites. Please remember to brush your teeth before you smile big.
Developing HCD's Brand
We need your help in developing HCD's brand for our social media platforms. We are looking for photos or content ideas to help create a better relationship with our patients and potential patients online. As a way of thanking those that contribute, we will have a drawing at every team meeting for those people that contributed to the cause. There may be cake... there may be coffee... there will most definitely be gratitude. Thank you for helping us build our practice online!
Repairs with Burkhart Dental

We are working closely with Burkhart to refine our repair/maintenance system. If you have any issue with your operatory or with equipment, please write the issue on the list by the supply desk. This will include the location of the issue, the date posted, and your initials. This information is vital so we can ensure the repair techs can get into the operatories they need to to fix the problems. Te is working closely with Burkhart to make sure this is a smooth system. Feel free to talk with Te or myself regarding your concerns with repairs.
Update on Leanne Carter
There are many of our team who remember our coach, Leanne Carter, with The Richardson Group. She recently informed us that she has bone marrow cancer. From Leanne:
I was diagnosed with Bone marrow cancer in Dec and have been working and also having weekly chemo treatments and 10 days of Cyberknive radiation as well. I leave for Seattle in April for a stem cell transplant at Seattle cancer care and Univ of Wa medical center. They can use my own blood and cells to transfuse clean blood and hue trap stem cells so my bones will replace the bad cells with new clean cells to rid the cancer. It’s quite fascinating what can be done now. It’s not an easy treatment and I have hard core chemo for 3 days before the transplant. I’m praying God's plan for me is remission. You are welcome to share this with the Drs and any team.
She was a great help to HCD in the past. You are welcome to share this information with those that know her. Please send her your good thoughts and your prayers that the cancer will go into remission.
Thank you all!
Rachael
