This is the last week with our wonderful, Leah. We're super sad to see her leave, but we're super happy to know she is chasing her dreams. Thank you, Leah, for everything you've done for the patients, the practice, your team, and your friends. Good luck in the nursing program!

Clinic Photos

We will have Janna Hardy back for photos this Thursday, June 16th from 1PM-3PM. She is going to take photos of our team in action. We'd love to have as many of you participate as possible. Please come prepared in your best scrubs and/or business casual outfit and your teeth brushed.

Hand-Offs at the Front

I've been listening to your hand-offs like the NSA listens to your phone calls. All of you have taken our training from last week and implemented it like a boss. Thank you for your help in making it a smooth hand-off for your patient and your team members.

Points to Remember:

  1. Ask who is available and make eye contact with them.

  2. Introduce the patient as if the front desk doesn't know them from Adam.

  3. Remember HIPAA when reviewing what treatment was completed in the op and what treatment needs to be scheduled.

  4. Let the front know if an appointment needs to be scheduled or a treatment plan needs to be signed.

  5. Ask the patient if they have any further questions.

  6. Ask the front desk if they have any further questions.

  7. Curtsey and wish them a good day.

Planning for Time Off

Please remember the doctors will be out of the office June 27-July 1, 2022. If you would like the hours, please let me know in order to plan for projects for you to complete while the doctors are out. There's always something to do... cough, cough... OSHA... and I would love your help to get some tasks on our TO DO LIST completed. Thank you!
