June Schedule

June is another crazy month with various vacations and outings occurring. Please review the schedule and let me know if you have any issues or concerns.

Party Rockers in the House... or the Park

It's our annual company picnic this Saturday at 4PM at Lloyd Steele Park. Directions are HERE. HCD will provide the main course and we invite you to bring your favorite side dishes! We hope to see everyone there with their families and friends. Best dress will receive the accolades of everyone in the practice. Come celebrate good times with us!

Your Template for Success

In following up with our last team meeting, I need everyone's templates for their perfect day. I already have templates for Kathleen and Leah. Please have those into me by tomorrow so we can review a draft for HCD at our team meeting on 6/10/21.

Principal Life Insurance

As you know, Health Centered Dentistry provides you the option for a $15,000 life insurance policy at no charge to you. If you would like to sign up, please let me know. Also, if you'd like to change your beneficiaries, this can be done at any time. Let me know and I can pass the necessary paperwork for you.

Implant Codes - O-Rings

As you know, dental codes change and we constantly need to review our treatment plans to make sure they are accurate. Such is the case with o-rings. If you are replacing o-rings for your patient's denture, please use the code D6091 for $55 each. This is a code that hygienists and doctors can bill out for. It is not considered part of the implant maintenance code nor is it a separate code for the initial placement of the o-ring.

If you see a D6052 in your treatment plan, please replace with an updated code.

Follow-up to our last team meeting... Thank you all for making the effort to be on time for our meetings and in your scrubs. Setting the standard for all of us to be there on time and ready to go helps us meet our expectations throughout the rest of the day. Thank you for stepping it up!
