I just saw the last HCD Headlines that were sent out were from 8/24/2021 - just a few days before my concussion... Ah... those were good times...

Halloween @ HCD

This weekend is Halloween - yay! We are going to have a costume contest on Thursday, 10/28/21, amongst our team. Dress up as your favorite character, food, or other passion and be ready to have your photo taken! The photos will be posted on our social media for our patrons to vote on.

November Schedule

Huge thanks to Leah for helping get our November schedule together. Please review this closely as we have a few days that Dr. Marchant will not be here.

Fee Schedule

Our fees for all treatment are going to increase on 11/1/21 by 3%. We will honor any treatment plan for 6 months with the old fees. Please make sure your patients are aware of the expiration date for each treatment plan which is located at the bottom of your printed treatment plan. We will review this in more detail at our Team Meeting this Thursday.

Posting Treatment

Please remember to complete an exam and send it to insurance before you present any treatment plan. This ensures the accuracy of the treatment plan's estimates and prevents confusion and/or confrontations regarding payments.

Remember to take a close look at treatment that is completed for the current patient. Do not bring the patient to the front until you have posted ALL the treatment completed for the day on the patient's ledger. Even if they have to wait, or it starts to get awkward because it's taking a while... take that time to make sure EVERYTHING is posted to prevent confusion and/or confrontations regarding payments.

We will work on this at our upcoming team meeting. Please be prepared with any questions or examples of how these protocols work (or don't work).

Scrub Shout-Out

I want to personally thank Leah for taking on the new scrubs rollout! It's taken a lot of time and effort to ensure needs are met and everyone looks good. I hope you've given her positive feedback and that they are as comfortable as they look! Thank you again, Leah, for helping our clinic look on fleek!

Wanna see something gross?

Look at this awesomeness at the bottom of the Miele... Yum :)

Please remember to secure the small items either in the cassette or in one of the plastic colored container that closes. Things like this can lead to major issues such as the Miele breaking down or well... just not good things.

Baby Shower!

To end on a happy note... Kolina and Baby KK will have their HCD Baby Shower on 11/5/21 at 4PM. You are all welcome to attend! She is registered at Target if you'd to purchase a gift. The baby will also be wearing diapers... so those are also appreciated ;)
